Mail-Order Ticket Form

Due to a new and smaller venue, only a limited number of tickets will
be sold.  Advance tickets are $25.00 and must be prepaid.

Payment must be received by Friday, January 19, 2007.  The
ticket price increases to $30.00 on Saturday, January 20, 2007.

Tickets will be mailed to you or held at the Cherry Civic Center
Will Call Window for pickup on Saturday, January 20, 2007.

Forward this Mail Order Ticket Form with payment to the McCracken County Cooperative Extension Office, 2705 Olivet Church Road, Paducah, Kentucky 42001.  Payment by check is requested.  At this time we are unable to accept credit card payment.  Tickets may be purchased in person at the Extension Office until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2007.  If you have questions about the event, please contact the Extension Office at 270-554-9520.
