February 20, 2010 , 6:30 PM. : “Small Standard Flower Show” PAMGA and Perennial Garden Club coordinating the event at the Four Rivers Carson Center , Downtown Paducah, Entries needed call Anne McNeilly, 270/443-8884. March 27, 2010 , 1-3 PM : “Basic Photography of Plant Life” by Photographer, Denise Boaz, at the Extension Office. Mrs. Boaz’ fee is $150.00. Ticket price to be determined. Limited seating. Reservations required. Call 270/554-5920

April 3, 2010 , Time pending: “Wildflower/Nature Walk Greenway Trail” led by Dr. Thomas Barnes, a limited number of people can be accommodated.  Details to be determined. Committee needed. Call 270/554-5920 for information.

May 1, 2010 , 9-12 noon: “Plant Sale for All Gardeners” at Demonstration Garden , 3600 Colman Road . Garden Committee needs all Master Gardeners to propagate plants, work setting up and help on day of sale. This can be a good money maker for the Garden.

June 3, 2010 , 9 AM, at Demonstration Garden , 3600 Colman Road , “Plant/Flower Conditioning and Arranging” by Master Gardeners. This is in preparation for the McCracken Co. Fair, Horticulture and Flower Show. June 21-26. Also a work day at the Garden, Public invited and encouraged to volunteer with master gardeners. Call 270/554-5920 for information. September 11, 2010 , 9-12 noon: “Landscaping and Creating Focal Points with Fencing and Natural Materials” at Demonstration Garden , 3600 Colman Road , by local providers,

Also a work day at the Garden. Public invited for program and to work with Master Gardeners. Committee Needed.

October 9, 2010 , 9-12 noon: “Seed/Bulb and Houseplant Sale for All Gardeners” at Demonstration Garden 3600 Colman Road . Garden Committee needs all Master Gardens to photograph and mark bulbs and plants in the spring. In the fall divide, label and add copies of pictures to be sold at this new fall plant sale. Public invited. MG’s needed.
